In 2013 Vidyoday Foundation was registered to help children in need of economic support. Parents of these children often have limited/no education; they aspire that their children will have opportunity to be economically independent and get high ranking and good paying jobs. On one hand private education has become expensive and at other hand primary schools run by District Panchayats and Municipal Corporations lack in quality education.
Vidyoday Foundation desires to bridge the gap in education by providing support to these children.
Over the period of time Vidyoday Foundation decided to expand the span of its activity by getting associated with the institutes, organisations, schools and private companies having social responsibility commitments and sharing the same vision, goal and ideas and interested in doing the same kind of social activities.
Goal
- The foundation’s goal is to provide help to apt students, who are eager to further their education, and who need financial help to continue their education.
- To create a collaborative environment where students who are brighter in studies can help the students who are weak in their studies.

Objectives of Vidyoday Foundation:
- Assistance in school fees to the students coming from economically vulnerable strata of the society
- Financial assistance to needy students living in hostels for their education
- To Provide scholarships to the bright students
- To provide support and inspiration to educationally and economically backward students developing positive mind-set towards education
